Adequate but not great

The Panasonic line corded/cordless phone works adequately but it is certainly not of top quality. Some of the logic for adding names to address books are clumsy; in particular the base set does not synchronize contact lists with the handset requiring a tedious process of double entry.

On many phone calls people have stated that they cannot hear me when I put the telephone on speakerphone so I have to conclude that the microphone does not pick up well.

One irritating feature is that the cord to the handset is ridiculously short and needs to be replaced to be useful. My principal reason for purchasing this phone as opposed to another one was that it had the fallback of a wired handset as opposed to being fully cordless. For me this is important and drove the purchase decision; if this is not critical to a buyer I would not suggest this unit.

In conclusion, this is a relatively cheap device and you only get what you pay for.

The worst phone made by Panasonic

Very complicated menus, hard to push buttons,I needed to go throgh 3-4 steps to listen to voice messages by cordless unit. Caller ID option is not easily accessible. very low resolution screen, I will never order Panasonic phones anymore.
